Join us this Tuesday February 17th at 7:30pm for a screening of Paul Vecchiali’s masterpiece ONCE MORE (1988). Constructed out of meticulously choreographed sequence shots, this is perhaps the apex of what Diagonale — Vecchiali’s production company — achieved. The first French film to depict the AIDS crisis, the film tells the story of a middle-aged family man who decides to leave his wife and pursue his attraction to men. This screening will be presented by Narrow Margin, an international cinema quarterly which recently published over 100,000 words of new or newly-translated writing on the cinema of Diagonale.
